This list focuses on Regency historical romances, a subtype of regency romance that is historical in their setting. Is this list biased? Yes! There are a few authors that appear more than once on this list, and that’s because they’re the queens of Regency romance. Some series deserve a few novels on this list, but I’ve limited it to the best one in the series.
